Program Description

Modern Move LLC dba Modern Move ("Modern Move," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program through which subscribers receive recurring automated text messages related to wellness tips, recovery-focused content, health and lifestyle updates, and promotional offers. This program is operated by Modern Move LLC, located at 4125 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33614.

Consent and Opt-In

By submitting the opt-in form on amodernmove.com and providing your mobile phone number, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages and calls (including from an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS)) from Modern Move LLC dba Modern Move at the number provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. This authorization takes precedence over any previous registration on any federal or state Do Not Call registry. You may opt in by completing the sign-up form on our website.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

  • QUIT
  • UNSUBSCRIBE

After you send any of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again.

T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No wireless carrier is responsible for the content of messages sent through our program. Service availability and delivery are subject to your carrier's terms and conditions.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
